Emilia is a PhD student in the Vision Science program and the editor in chief of the Berkeley Science Review blog. Her research is on gene therapy for inherited blinding diseases.
Julia is a PhD student in mechanical engineering, studying how engineers and designers use design thinking to affect social change around the world. She's also the Assistant Editor for the Berkeley Science Review Blog.

Anneliese is a graduate student in the chemistry department, and is part of the Chemical Biology Graduate Program, doing research at the interface of chemistry and biology.
David Faulkner is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Abergel Lab at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. He is investigating mechanisms of toxicity that result from iatrogenic gadolinium exposures. David also enjoys writing, running, science communication, and playing D&D.
Molly is the BSR blog copy editor and a student in the Neuroscience PhD Program.

Nicole Repina is a graduate student in bioengineering and illustrator for the BSR blog and magazine. She builds optical tools for studying stem cell behavior in the brain, and in her spare time tries to explain scientific concepts through illustrations.
